All parcels are shipped from New Zealand / China / USA with DHL Express Post / TOLL.
We have no control over the delivery time frames once we give the parcels to DHL Express Post. Please contact DHL Express (13 14 06) for more details about your shipped parcels.
Please note, that we do NOT ship over the weekend. All orders placed Friday to Sunday will be shipped Monday morning.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The return date has exceeded 7days;
- The disposable sealed package has been opened and the product has no quality problems;
- The product has obvious traces of use;
- Missing package, accessories, or receipt, serious damage, contamination, etc.
- You may not return E-Juice, liquid products, pods, or other consumable products for hygienic reasons and therefore it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the payment will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you should contact us with your order number first, please agree with us before delivery;
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- In case of a partial refund, if the amount paid after the refund still exceeds the free shipping terms ($100 AUD), no shipping charges will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you fail to produce your receipt, device serial number, or another acceptable purchase certificate, Queensvapor reserves the right not to refund or replace.
We check all the information on our website very carefully.
However, occasionally an error may occur, or the manufacturer may update information we do not know. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for misprints.
